Drawings & design work for Open to Community project

The design document and the drawings are large files and will take some time to download. For this reason, the design document has been embedded in the page - scroll down to see it.  On many devices, you can see it best by clicking the chevron icon at the top right corner (ringed in the snapshot at right) & selecting Presentation Mode from the menu.
Then press Esc to get back to normal mode.  REMEMBER THIS...
