"Hi, I'm Grace, I'm the superintendent which means I keep an eye across the whole circuit, supporting colleagues and the leadership of the circuit. I look after the congregations in Coniston, Ambleside and Hawkshead as well as being responsible for looking at ways  introducing Jesus to folk outside the churches. I also love to spin, knit and weave and do enjoy a cold dip in a lake! I'm also the designated complaints officer for the circuit"

Hayley Edmondson portrait

Reverend Hayley Edmondson is a probationer minister in her first post, which will be shared between our Circuit and our neighbours to the west - South West Cumbria United Area.  Her time in our circuit will be spent as minister to Ulverston church.

Reverend  Martyn Coe is the URC minister responsible for Grange-over-Sands URC, Kendal URC and Carver Uniting churches.  He is based in Grange.

Juliana Caukwell portraitJuliana Caukwell fulfils the role of Circuit Administrator, working remotely from Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. She has over 6 years' experience working as Administrator for Nidd Valley Methodist Circuit and will be using her skills to help organise the South Lakes Circuit. Her tasks include helping Grace with producing the plan, updating the Circuit Directory and dealing with property related issues.

She has 2 girls aged nearly 11 and nearly 13. Her hobbies include going to the cinema, spending time with family and travelling. Her husband Andrew also works from home, as an architect. They know the Lake District and have fond memories of their adventures in Ambleside - the owner of Gear is a friend of theirs.
