It’s been an unexpected year – quite possibly the most over used sentence of the past few weeks - but 2020 is drawing to a close which means one thing for us and the churches we serve ... Christmas!

NISCU (Northern Inter-Schools Christian Union) are selling Christmas cards this year and we’d love for you to share them with your churches. There are 5 cards in a pack and we are selling them for £3. They have a simple 3 wise men design on them and have the verse Matthew 2:2 inside. The money raised from these cards goes straight back into the work of NISCU in the Furness area so we’d be grateful for your support by sending this information onto your congregations or anyone who wants a faith based Christmas card and the money going to a good cause. As for us, we are still working with our schools be that all online at the moment whether that be through online peer mentoring courses, video assemblies, thoughts for the week or simply checking in on our school staff.

There’s also going to be a NISCU Area meeting on Wed 20^th Jan at 7:30pm and we’d love for you to join us to talk through the work and pray for our schools, so do mark that in your diaries!
