are looking to employ a Lay Circuit Administrator.
Part time: 15 hours a week, £11.40 per hour. Initially for three years, but this may be extended.

We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic person, with good communication and IT skills, who is capable of establishing and maintaining administrative systems, including book-keeping and communications around the circuit.

The work will include providing administrative support for the Circuit Leadership Team in the implementation of the circuit’s mission plan, with particular focus on developing and maintaining systems and procedures to support the mission and work of the circuit.

South Lakes Methodist Circuit consists of seven churches, in nine buildings, stretching from Ulverston in the South West, across to Grange in the South East, up to Grasmere in the North. The role will be home based, but will involve travel around this large circuit. Working hours are variable, with some flexibility. Some evening work will be required.
