There are a number of Lent courses offered this year in the Circuit. Sadly, meetings will have to take place on-line. You are, however, free to choose which course you wish to join.

THE MISSION

Graham will be leading a course based in the film "The Mission" starring Jeremy Irons and Robert De Niro. This will be held via Zoom on a Wednesday morning at 10am, starting on February 17th, apart from the first week in March, March 2nd, when we will meet on Tuesday morning at 10am. It would be helpful if you have seen the film before this. Graham has a copy you may borrow. Printed notes for the course are available here, and people who do not have access to the internet may like to use them, however, they will be more useful if you can watch the clips each time, and so a copy of the film would be useful. I cannot lend you my copy for that purpose, sorry.

The link for the Zoom sessions is here.  If you have problems getting access, Gill de Bourcier may be able to help.

WOVEN

Christians Together in Coniston will be looking at "Woven", a course written by Michaela Youngson. This will be conducted via Zoom on Thursdays at 3.30pm. The course looks at how our story and God's are woven together. More details, including the booklet can be found here.

Contact Graham or Dare for joining details.

A WAY OF LIVING

Carver Church's course is entitled "A Way of Living", a course based on The Beatitudes. They will meet via Zoom on Fridays at 2pm. The study materials can be downloaded here.  Get in touch with Pam Carpenter for course and joining information.

GRANGE FELLOWSHIP

Cumbria God for All logo textThe fellowship group on Zoom facilitated by Jo Rand will continue on Monday evenings through Lent, meeting at 7.30pm. GRANGE LENT CALENDAR

The Church has produced a calendar of actions throughout Lent, as an alternative to traditional self-denial efforts.  Those in or near Grange who haven't already received a copy can pick one up at the Church, or it can be downloaded here.
